Are cards premade or made upon order?

Most cards are made-to-order.

Could I customize a card from The Classic Collection?

Absolutely! Please make note of any specific instructions on the order form. The layout, color, and font may be customized and additional features may also be added.

Are envelopes included?

Yes! A blank white envelope is included for every card that is purchased.

What size are the cards?

Cards are approximately 4.25" x 5.55" or 10.8 cm x 14.1 cm when folded in half. Slight variations may occur.

When will I receive my order?

All orders are shipped within 1-3 days of purchase or completion of the item and should arrive within 7-10 days.

Are returns accepted?

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns at this time. Thank you for your understanding.
